To maintain the highest standards each heat exchanger plate is treated to the following '10 STEP PROCESS'...

1.	Visual inspection of received plates

2.	removal of old gasket

3.	Complete non-abrasive cleaing

4.	Dye-penetrant inspection for cracks and/or pin holes

5.	Removal of dye-penetrant fluids

6.	If needed, gasket and groove-area repair

7.	Gasket and groove-cleaning to ensure proper bonding

8.	Plate pack tightening

9.	Oven-cured advesive bonding

10.	Final inspection of every plate before shipping
