We can supply an extensive range of gaskets for the Alfa Laval, APV, Tranter, Pasilac and Vicarb range of heat exchangers.

WCR UK Ltd was set up in the UK in February 1999 to carry on building their reputation for quality service and spares.

To maintain the highest standards, and ensure years of trouble free service, each exchanger plate is treated to our 10-step process. This includes: visual inspection of plates, removal of old gaskets, complete non-abrasive cleaning, dye penetration inspection, gasket groove area repair (if needed), gasket and groove cleaning, plate pack tightening, oven cured bonding and final inspection.

WCR gaskets are produced to the ISO.9001 quality standard in a range of materials including NBR, EPDM, Butyl and Viton.

Due to difficulties with the supply of heat exchanger plates, WCR now offer the PHE plate programme. We manufacture plates in stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy and inconel. Offering customers yet another benefit of dealing with WCR.
